The angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in a flame of fire from within a bush. Moses saw the bush burning, but he noticed that it was not being consumed! – Slide 2

‘I have seen the affliction and heard the cry of my people who are in Egypt. I want you to go to Pharaoh and bring my people, the Israelites, out of the land of Egypt.’ – Slide 6
7
Moses replied, ‘Who am I, O Lord, that I should go down to Pharaoh, or that I should bring the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt?’ – Slide 7
8
God told Moses, ‘Do not fear, for I will be with you.’ – Slide 8
9
Moses replied, ‘If I go to the Israelites and tell them, the God of your fathers has sent me, and they ask me, what is His name? What do you want me to say to them?’ – Slide 9
10
God said, ‘Tell them I AM has sent me to you. The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham has sent me to you.’ – Slide 10

Moses protested, ‘But I know that Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, will not let you go, not even under force. – Slide 11

God answered, So I will extend my hand, and I will strike Egypt with all my wonders that I will do among them. And after that, he will let you go.’ – Slide 12

God announced, ‘By this great sign, they will believe that the God of the Israelites has appeared to you.’ – Slide 18
19
‘If they do not believe the first sign that I have given to you, then put your hand into your robe.’ – Slide 19
20
When Moses put his hand into his robe and brought it out again. It was leprous like snow! – Slide 20

And when he put his hand back in … – Slide 21
22
… then took them out again, his hand was back to normal! – Slide 22
23
God continued, ‘And if they do not believe even these two signs, then take some water from the river Nile and pour it out on the dry ground. The water that you draw out of the Nile will pour out as blood on the dry ground.’ – Slide 23
24
Moses travelled back to Egypt and met with Pharaoh. But as God worked through Moses, and everyone saw the great miracles performed, Egypt eventually let the Hebrew slaves go. – Slide 24
